adgshop.com has zebra stones, but they're expensive. my LFS has them sometimes, so i'd look locally first. Local is also better cause you get your choice of stone. Seiryu will be difficult to find.

rocks

check out your local stone landscape yard. I picked up featherock for 26 cents/pound the other day.

take an acid to test for tank compatibility.

also take along a spray bottle with water in it. lots of times a rock will look very different dry than it does wet.

Phanizzle,
If you have a car and don't mind crossing over a bridge/tunnel or two, you might consider the trek out to Flushing to Fishtown USA ( www.fishtown-usa.com ) . I was just there on Monday and picked up a couple pounds of zebra rock at $1.99 per pound. While they don't have seiryu stone, they have something called "pagoda rock" which has a similar effect and was attractive. Overall, I was very impressed by their rock selection. If you do make the trip, I'd call ahead and plan to go right after a stone delivery. (PS - They had neons 3/$1 ... I was barely able to resist buying some )

I'm sure there are places in NJ that sell it too, though.
