Does ADA As make a lot of dust like Flourite Substrate?

Iam lookin for new substrate i had eco to start and my tank looked sooo good then i wanted to try somthing new and i used flourite and my tank want to hell for a few months now its doin better. I want to change the substrate again and wanted to know if the new ada as substrate make a lot of dust like flourite when you move around plants and use the scraper on the glass.

Yes it will severely muck up the water during a heavy uprooting.
Part of keeping a healthy tank healthy is learning to grow the right plants under the right conditions, so you don't have to do a lot of substrate damage.

If you must do a lot of that, do it at various times, not all at one time, do a little each day.
If your prone to making a mess regularly a diatom filter would be a nice investment.

It does not do it that bad in my experience. I've done huge uprootings with the regular aquasoil and it does cloud a little but it clears really quickly. The powder version on the other hand is horrible.

I uprooted some plants recently and if you pull them out slowly while having the other hand hold down the substrate it not a problem.

Yeah, ADA settles quite fast. Flourite, if properly rinsed before putting in the tank can be markedly clear. And it settles very fast IME.
