Question quick ? about ada soil

i have alot of debri on the bottom of my tank and im fixing to redo the scape and was wondering if i could rinse the aqua soil or should i buy a new bag or what can i do to clean it up some ???

IMO I would keep the mulm as this is what keeps your tank cyled. Your tank would just look cloudy in the beginning I guess. But if you want to clean it and have extra cash, you could buy those gravel vacuums that seem pretty cool. They "vacuum" your substrate but the water stays. Its not your traditional water changing thingy.
