Help, cant get soilmaster select charcoal in CA

Lesco will not ship it to the stores here. I tried to place an order online for local pickup and my order was canceled.

so what other options are there? I really don't like the red/brown look, I want something close to black.

eco complete is too expensive, like $23 a bag here. $23x9 bags plus tax is over $200

aquasoil is $26x5 bags plus $55 shipping, $185.

can order 100lbs (or will 50lbs be enough for 60x18" surface?) of soilmaster select and pay shipping, total is $106 shipped.

i think id rather spend the extra $80 and get the aqual soil.

ADAs webstore says they have the aquasoil in stock. How long will it take them to ship it to me? I dont want to wait a month.

From my experience they ship all their in stock items ASAP. You could also contact Jeff @ ADG and ask - very helpful guy.

Not sure if you want to go this route but if you contact Ted Nakada he is the Lesco Service Center Manager in Roseville, CA at (916) 773-6110 he will ship it via UPS to your home. You will have to pay for shipping but shouldn't be to expensive since it only cost me $12. per bag from Roseville to my home in Nevada. If he is out of stock in the Roseville center he can get it from his Rancho Cordova center. I know it's not as cheap as just walking in, but could save you a lot of hassle trying to get your local Lesco to get it for you.

Try calling the store directly (one close and convinient for you).
That has worked fine for me and many others but have heard the online ordering is often cancled, not sure why.

I went to my local dealer (here in Michigan near Ann Arbor) and they were out of stock. So the gentlemen got some shipped from Columbus OH.

I should think if you go to your dealer directly, they will have it there in 4-7 business days.
