Help with subtrate!

Hello everyone,i'm a new member of this forum.I have a problem with the subtrate, i've been set up a tank for about a month ,right now everything are splendid,crystal clear water,spawning shrimp,happy fish,plants're growing green but i discovered that the subtrate contains seashell and crushed coral(man i should know about this earlier).Now i'm worrying about the future of my tank,should i "restart" everything,change the whole subtarte or keep using it?my fish: ottos,corys,plants:amazon sword,sag,anubias,java moss.Please help

What are your water parameters? What shrimp?

Also, oto and Cory cats can deal with a wide variety of parameters as long as shifts happen (very) slowly.
