Adding Substrate Question

I have cycled eco-complete for 30 days in my 14 gal biocube.

I have a plan for my scape but I need to somehow get more substrate in there without creating to much disturbance. Any ideas?

I rather not go out and buy another $40 bag of eco-complete....

You can add something like gravel/flourite slowly with a small spoon into places you want. But if you're looking to add another inch or something you might want to consider taking out all the flora/fauna and then putting the new layer in.

Fish Shrimp tanks are like cups of coffee, one is never enough.
