Small amounts of AS

Quick question, if i place a small amount of aqua soil in the corner on top of my sand in a established tank would the amount of ammonia leached over power the existing Beneficial Bacteria?

The amount Im placing is just a small bit in the corner during a rescape

No clue. If you are not in hurry, you can put it in water in a bucket though. More than a few have done that to avoid cycling issues.
