How much Clay?

If I decide to use miracle gro organic choice potting mix, how much clay should I add to it? The clay I am going to order online is in powder form.

is there a hobby lobby near by? go there if there is and get yourself Amaco Mexican Pottery Clay and save yourself the shipping. its the same stuff dustin uses from fishtanktv. i use it myself with good results should cost around 10 bucks for like 5 or 10 pound box they also sell a 25 pound box but thats if you have several tanks that should be a money saver. ok thats my 2 cents

Jim - Arron's sticky talks about 5%+, My mix has so much it has a peachy tint to it. So you don't need to get to worried if you put a bit too much in your recipe. One 8 oz cup to 10#s of dirt is 5%

You can contact nilocg , Colin is a great guy. He offers small portions of Clay, Potash and Dolomite. You can buy just what you need a forum member that can be trusted.
