Talking aquariumplant.com Natural Amazon

I my new substrate from Aquariumplants.com in this week and so far it looks great, this stuff is almost sand-like though I am concerned about the bubbles that came out when I stirred the substrate (I had some water in the tank for about 12 hours withj no fish of plants) should I worried?
I have some pics of the stuff dried.

I'll try to have some of this stuff in the aquarium hopefully sometime this week.

The bubbles coming out after 12 hours are just air trapped in the substrate.

For what it is worth, my understanding is that AP's substrate is turface repackaged.

I keep hearing about that but I also heard about some differences I think it was something about the KH.
But thank you about the bubbles I was worried it was that poison gas that builds up in substrate.

When I tested it it effected KH the same way turface did. Initially stripped it some and then was fine. i put them in bowls next to eachother, had my wife spin them around and I couldn't tell which was which.
