Black diamond

Is black diamond blasting media safe for my tank? Just kidding. I'm going to bite the bullet and switch over to this today. I want to do it before my Sunsun 302 comes next week. Wish me luck!

It's washed out. Now the fun begins.

Thanks moose. Got it in there. Not just waiting for it to clear back up. Good thing about an understocked tank. Doesn't take much to move everyone around.

Using it in my yellow shrimp tank. Seems to be working well. I really like the look of it up close too....not just black but mine has some amber coloration too.

Yea I'm quite happy with it too. I grabbed some MTS off e-bay (I think I bought 10) and now I have like, 10,000. They do a great job, along with corys, of keeping the sand loose and healthy. I recommend them. Also went and got some 00 gel caps and Osmocote Plus for the root feeders.

All around happy.

e-bay # 130530222426 for gel caps and...

# 290627027419 for MTS

GL!

Scratch the MTS - I see he's not selling them atm. Sorry! I know they're available here on the SnS from time to time. Most people have plenty of them, so they come up often.
