You can find clay at a craft store, pottery clay works great. I've seen bat guano at ace hardware. Potash can be found at many hydroponic store or specialty garden store. Same with worm castings. I believe I still have some wc if you want some. I did a sort of hybrid mts and it worked great for a few years until I tore the tank down. Instead of mineralizing topsoil, I used the wc and mixed that with some pottery clay.

I got dolomite and potassium chloride (potash) for about 13$shipped on sanwson health products. I got 1lb of dolomite powder and 1/2 lb potassium chloride. I used about half of each for my 75G...

Can't complain about either. Use a sifter for the Dolomite to get a more even spread...

How should I add the bat droppings and worm castings?

Just follow the directions here for worm castings. Never did the bat poop thing so I don't know about that. I prepped the wc's following that method and mixed it with some clay. Topped it with some 3m colorquartz. No dosing except for potassium weekly( I omitted the potash) and it worked great. I also used the wc for an emersed setup. Crypts loved it.

I didn't have the potash when I setup the tank. I just dosed k2so4 whenever I did a water change. Towards the end of the tanks life, I was doing monthly water changes and dosed then. I had a bunch of anubias in that tank and no pinholes which would be caused by potassium defficiancy. If you have the potash, you would eventually have to dose potassium but that would be way down the road, maybe a year or so depending on how fast your growth is.
