Excess substrates, any interest?

I have a half bag of sms charcoal and a full bag of colorquartz s grade black sand. Would there be any interest if I offered them shipped in a flat rate box? Thanks in advance!

Oh, okay. Well, I would at least put a ballpark price, before the mods say something... A large flatrate box is 14.95? medium is 10.95..

i guess I was more interested in seeing if it has any value, not necessarily lilsting it for sale. This is just confusing at this point, lol.

Bring the sms to the meeting. I'll give you 8 bucks for the half bag.

franny, consider it yours!

Chad! I will get hot on that. I am not looking to make money, just clear out some of my space! I want to move the fishroom to an outdoor structure this year so have been peeking through my stash, its formidable.

You mentioned that you had some granite sitting around. Got any big black ones?

I can take pics of the bins of rocks for you. Most are pretty smooth but many have really pretty white and black/dark grey striations.

I am in search of some all blck or dark grey ones. No pretties in them, just plain. Round river rock style and heres the hard part, all fairly matching as far as color. Long winded and demanding sounding I know, sorry, but im got a vision and the hardscape has to be right on or ill never like the tank. Thanks and sorry again for being a PITA

Have any old rivers around you? My grandpa's stream in CT has TONS of rocks like that. Too bad I like 12 hours away otherwise I'd hop on them and grab some for you!

Rock around here is either glacial till (granite) or limestone. Not much for all black river rocks.
