Tons of people have used all of them. Have you read any tank journals or searched the forum? That will allow you to see how they work long-term, view photos, hear opinions from people as they use the products in their personal setups. Will probably be more valuable to you than just random opinion.
That said - it really depends on the plants you wish to grow because they don't all contain the same amount of nutrients for plants. Controsoil containing the most, followed by Fluval Stratum and Mr. Aqua.
All three will also impact water parameters by removing kH from your water and buffering a low-ish pH. If you plan to keep livestock in the bowl, you'll want to factor that into your consideration.
