Ada Amazonia after DSM: 0 ammonia

Hello guys,
So I recently did a dry start on my Iwagumi tank with Ada Amazonia and flooded it after 1 month 1/2. A few hours after flooding the tank, I measured the ammonia: nothing. One day after: same thing. Two days, three days same thing: 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites.
It's a 12 gal tank that I'm cycling with a little bit of seeded Matrix from my other tank. I did a DSM on my other tank and had ammonia for 1 month. I find it weird to have absolutely no ammonia in this tank just after flooding.
Does it mean that Amazonia didn't kick start the cycle and I have to do it myself by adding ammonia?
Or is it already cycled?
Don't want to add any livestock if I get a sudden ammonia spike after 2 weeks or something.
Thanks
E.
