Hunting that specific sand

I'm having an issue finding a certain kind/type of sand. I know it's my own fault for being so picky. I've read a lot of threads, articles, Amazon reviews and Youtube reviews over the past few days, researching sand. I just plan on using a little for a cosmetic path in my 5 gallon. There's just a few issues:

#1: Availability: Amazon doesn't have as many options right now as you'd think they would, which has made this very difficult.

#2. Size issue: I don't need/want a 50 lb bag when it comes to things like pool filter sand. Small living quarters, and too giant a bag for something I only need less than 5 lbs for. I also cannot carry a 50 lb bag for the life of me. This leaves me with the only option to use aquarium sands. I know you pay about the same for 10 lbs of aquarium sand as you would a 50 lb bag of pool filter sand, but again, 50 whole lbs.

#3. Grain issue: It's difficult to find fine sand with a range of 0.25 - 1.00mm for grain size, and also available as:

#3. Right color: Medium-to-light tan in color. A lot of sands are white, or too dark--where the heck are the medium-light tans?

At this point the closest I can find is CaribSea Moonlight Sand but I worry that will be too white. I know they have Sunset Gold but that's much darker than what I'm looking for.

I'm honestly really frustrated with this, so it's to the point where I just have to ask the community if they've had any luck.

This is the last aquascape I did for this tank, only for the path I use pebbles. I wanted to use sand before but again had the issue of just not finding the kind that would work for this:

The aquascape I'm working on now is similar to this, except I swapped out the gravel for ADA Aquasoil and am going to add a piece of driftwood to the right side, while adding more plants to the tank overall.

Moonlight is almost white, Sunset gold is much closer to tan, with some black specks.

How sandy is your local soil? Have you looked at the kids play sands in your local stores - might find smaller bags if it's the right colour.

I picked up a bag of "Moonlight Sand" from my LFS and decided to give it a try. It dirties up real fast if the rest of the substrate is disturbed but it'll probably be easy to clean. It's not as white as I thought it'd be, which I'm glad for. More of an off-white, not quite tan.

On an off-note, it's really annoying how CaribSea doesn't label their Super Naturals (Moonlight Sand, Sunset Gold, Torpedo Beach, etc.) other than to write "Super Naturals," so you have to identify the type of sand they sell by eyeballing it.
