Question about cycling Aquasoil

I'm going to follow their water change routine. My tap water is low GH around 1-2. Should I be adding equilibrium on every water change during the initial 1 month?

You should mineralize the water as if there were plants/livestock in there, yes. It will benefit the nitrification process as well. Good to have some bi/carbonates in there as well... at least 3-4 dKH. If keeping soft water species of livestock, you can forego the KH but it does help speed up cycle.
