Medium or Fine BDBS?

Good Morning Everyone,

Does everyone use Medium BDBS?

https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/pr...s?cm_vc=-10005

Or Fine?

https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/pr...s?cm_vc=-10005

A Good Idea

Is a Good Idea Forever

Medium is usually the grit people are after.

Medium is what I have been using in my tanks. Works great!

Bit of a necro thread here, but has anyone found any difference between the fine/medium that TSC sells now vs the older stuff that was marked with a single grain size? I picked up a bag of the medium mesh size today and the bag is marked from 2040 through two larger grain sizes as well as opposed to the many examples I've seen before where only a single box was marked.

My algae is the only plant that pearls.
