Dirt on top of the Sand Cap

So, I decided to removed the lava rock mound because it was making bubbles when I pushed down on it and I had a fear that it would become anaerobic. In doing so, the dirt went everywhere. I did a 95% water change and recapped what I could. I also rescaped while I was at it. The new sand cap still has some loose dirt on top of it. Can y’all foresee any problems this may cause?

Just need to clean more often, from the substrate too.
Were your stones on top of the substrate? Better if the substrate is around the stone so dirt filled substrate trapped underneath doesn't become anaerobic.
