Question Planted Shrimp Tank Substrate?

should I got with Activ*Flora Instant Cycling or CaribSea Flora Max?
I could even mix or do Activ ontop of the Flora Max.

please help

i like the look of Activ Flora but i think Flora Max helps plants a little more

I have some flora max in my tank it looks great, my plants grow well in it but I've never tried anything else so I cant really say anything about the Activ Flora. If you get the flora max make sure you have a good amount of it, or else it will be very hard to plant in. I have like 3-4 inches of it and it works very well in my 29g
