Different Buffering Substrates and their Longevity

So I want to know what buffering substrate do you use and how long has it lasted you as far as it's buffering goes(keeping the ph stable)? Now I want this to be for those that use it with RO and not add any KH as we know KH will deplete it faster than normal. So with the proper use I am trying to find out how long the substrates last.

So here is the format I would like

Substrate?
How long have you had?
Is it still buffering the correct PH level? If not how long did it last?

Here are different ones I am trying to see the longevity for. If others then feel free to list as well as I am sure I am missing some but these seem to be the most popular.

ADA Amazonia Aquasoil
Fluval Plant and Shrimp Stratum
Mr Aqua Aquarium soil
Controsoil
Prodibio
SL-Aqua
