Question Which clay for MTS?

In the MTS sticky this site: http://www.marjonceramics.com/pages/products.html is suggested as a source of clay for MTS. Which of their dry clays would it be best to use? Here's a description of what's in each clay: http://www.marjonceramics.com/pages/...rawdescrib.htm

I have used red art clay with some success. It a pottery clay used in the making of terra cotta pots.

Best wishes,
