Turface Pro League Grey/ Charcoal

If any of you locals in Iowa want some the local distributer has a whole pallet of Turface Pro League in Grey/ Charcoal. Was in there yesterday for a bag of natural and was told they had some left as it came in as a mis order. A single 50lb bag should be enough to carpet a 125 72x18 footprint about 2.5-3" as I have some left out of my 50lb bag on my tank.

This is pretty much the same stuff as Soil Master Select and probably exactly waht aquariumplants.com is selling as there AP.com substrate but about 1/5th the cost.

quick question for you. You got a 2.5-3" layer for a 125 out of 1 bag? I have a 150 i am thinking about useing this on with a print of 60"x24" and was thinking 2 bags. for a 2-3" layer. you think 1 bag would do?

I got roughly a 2-3" layer through my tank which is a 150H 72x18x30. I still have part of the original bag left. I think a single bag would be plenty. I bought 2 thinking that it would take 100lbs to do it.

You do have a couple hundred more square inches then my tank. I bought 2 to have extra on hand for future scapes or if some gets siphoned out and needs replenished. As cheap as it is I would buy 2 incase you want more then a couple inches or for future use.

I used a bag of Soil Master Select plus a couple of bags of Eco Complete and got a 3" layer over a 125 gallon tank. 6' x 18".
SMS is the same as Turface.
