The tank should be very safe, especially if you look at the 65cm height, which in effective gets filled with just 60-62cm of water. You can even get rimless if you opt for 15mm glass, but for 12mm it is best to use top bracing which consist of 4 sides of bracing and a single center bracing.

My tank for comparison is 195 x 70 x 80 net and it does just well and safe enough with 12mm japan-made glass, because it has top glass bracing on 4 sides with a single center brace.
