Sundew flower-Drosera capensis

I took this photo last week but the flower is not completely in focus. I'll try again. Each flower lasts one day and there are about 5 left on the spike.

Nice! I had a D. adelae flower a while back and the flowers are deep red. I have a D. capensis too, but no flowers yet. Now I know what I have to look forward too ;0

I took a much better photo today. I need to get it off the camera, but as soon as I do, I'll put it up.

The flowers open up on cloudy days as well as sunny. It doesn't matter, at least for this plant.

That really is such a pretty bloom. I look forward to seeing the new picture. I remember seeing flowers on the little sundews Up North, but they were much smaller.

I was able to overcome the autofocus and figure out my sons camera somewhat to get a more focused photo. I don't know which one I like best. What one do you like the best?
