Sundew Vase

I've had a Sundew vase setup for 3 or 4 years out on my patio with Drosera capensis that I picked up on sale at Home Depot. It's outside on the patio table year round and gets some direct sun early morning/late afternoon & diffused light the rest of the day. When I started I just put the Sundew pot & all into the vase & hid the pot with marbles & poured in RO water. The Sundew wasn't doing very well last year so when they went dormant over the winter I pulled out everything. I pulled out all the roots and wrapped the bare roots in sorghum moss and placed then back in the vase & covered with RO water. I was pleasantly surprised when the Sundews grew back better that they had ever grown. I feed them fruitflies once or twice per month.

They do seem happy.

I have a 3 watt LED spotlight over the patio table that makes the vase glow in the evenings

Nice looking Capensis. Got any closeups of the flower? I have one that's growing well, but hasn't flowered for me yet

The vase looks really nice. My capensis is flowering right now. I need to get a photo or I'll miss it. Five petals to the pink flower laying out flat.
