Mosquitoes - Paludarium

Hi all! Are you ready for a silly question?
I don't have a paludarium, but I always wondered: do you have any issue with mosquitoes? I mean, your room should get pretty damp with all that fog and stuff...

Mosquitos tend no to breed in moving water. When I collect rain or for other reasons stop the water movement, mosquitos find it. I scoop up the larvae and feed them to the fish, and take steps to remove the standing water.

I have fish in all permanent bodies of water (tanks, ponds) so that even though they have moving water, there are also predators that will search and destroy.

yep as diana stated, they usually dont breed in moving water as if youve ever watched mosquito larvae, they have a tube at their end that they stick at the water surface which they actually breath from so they wont be able to breath in moving water

Never had a problem with mosquitoes, but then again, I've always had at least guppies in a paludarium, so any potential larvae just became live foods. As previously stated, they tend to not breed in moving water.
