Help!....Unknown Infestation

In the past two days my Carnivorous Critters dome terranium has hatched bugs. They're like fruit flies only white and brown, and they don't seem to have triggered traps.

Can someone help ID them and if I should or how to remove them?

I've tried vacuuming them but accidently triggered and set off VFTs. Next day there is even larger amount of white ones. I'm also dosing with yeast CO2

Looks like fungus gnats to me, but to positively ID i'd have to get a closer look. Pyrethrum based products seem to work the best, and there's no way you can 'starve' them out by keeping it open air and not watering, as it would kill your little flytrap. Fungus gnats aren't exactly harmful to plants, just annoying to you. if you let them out, they can colonize other potted plants and any wet soil. The eggs can last for weeks in dry soil, and then hatch as soon as you water them. Sticky traps could also work, or you could simply repot him in sterile soil and cross your fingers. Good luck!

Fungas gnats are annoying but dont really cause problems.

I've had success with putting a 1/2-1" layer of dry sand over the soil. The larvae get trapped under it and the flying ones cant lay eggs in the wet soil so they die off in a week or so.
