Talking 15 gallon column plaudarium

Hey everyone! I am completely new to this aspect of the hobby but have always been fascinated with plaudariums. I have no idea on how to set up or maintain one but id be super interested in turning my 15g column into one. Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance.

Some ideas include
- more concerned about the water portion i dont intend on putting any land only creatures in so the land portion does not have to be huge.
- some sort or internal canister filter maybe and if it could for a waterfall of some sort that would be awesome.
- possibly soil capped with sand for the substrate in the water portion
- inhabitants i was thinking Mexican dwarf crayfish, endlers, and maybe nerite snails but not too sure yet.
