Tree Frog Terrarium Humidity

Hello. I've got a terrarium now, and the humidity is a 70%, but I'm been having to mist ALOT. So I'm setting up a steamer. I have a metal screen over it then an an aquarium light/hood piece. So almost all of it is covered by the aquarium lid, so that blocks alot, but in the back there is a 5 inch by 1 inch cut out for the filter. Is that enough to allow alot of humidity out? thanks for the help

But I don't know how many froggers are on this forum...

Ha ha, he he! DAncE whEn yoU're HAPppy! He he he! DAnce, danCE, DANCe!

Really the best way to tell is to experiment. Set up your fogger and give it a few hours, then test the humidity in the viv, then you can adjust your open space accordingly. It'll kind of depend on the ambient humidity of the room it's in too.

Always interested in trades for aroids, carnivores, orchids, ferns, or whatever else you think I might like to try
