Ok to FERT during Bacterial Bloom??

Hey guys, so during the process of raging against my algae bloom, I created quite the ruckus in my tank by stirring up the substrate (which I never do because I have hairgrass) and after several serial water changes I have a nice fat milky bacterial bloom (see picture). Is it ok for me to continue fertilizing and CO2 dosing while waiting for this bloom to pass?

Please advise! Thx!

P.S. when i woke up to the bacterial bloom -- which looked way worse than it does now -- I also awoke to 3 dead tetras and that made me upset and pissy all morning as I had to grieve for them and transfer everyone to quarantine.
