Yes, loads of green spot alga, and some hair algae I'd guess.
I haven't found hydrogen peroxide to be a good solution, but of course this may differ for different situations.
Anubias is a bit of an algae magnet because it is a slow grower.
Best solution is to give your plants everything they need to grow quickly and in good health.
You said you cut back your photo period. However, if you don't add any nutrients, the overall light level may still be too high, and lead to a general lack of nutrients.
It's a fine balance... but if your tank is void of Nitrates (and perhaps Phosphates, Iron, etc) it is difficult to reach.
