Unknown hair algae

This does not look like any hair algae that I have seen online. Co2 pops yellow mid day with no signs of stress from fish. Recently bumped lights up to 8 hours a day thinking I had excess ferts not being used by plants. I don’t think that was the problem though. Most likely will drop it back down to 6 hours a day. 20 gallon long. 5ml flourish advance every other day. 1.5ml flourish 2x week. 2ml excel daily (I have been spot treating with the 2ml’s daily with the filter off for ~15min, it’s kills the algae where I spot treated but the this is just a bandaid and will not fix the underlying issue). Iron as needed but I do not test my iron levels everyday so I’m sure I’m not maintaining .1 mg/ml as suggested on the bottle. 1.25ml flourish nitrogen 2x/week. 2.5ml flourish phosphorus 2x/week. 3.3ml potassium 2x/week.

Probably filamentous algae, more commonly know as pond scum. Usually a sign of excess nitrate and phosphate in water.
