I've recently got into planted tanks and so far all has been well, had good growth and not too many problems i haven't been able to control.

I came back from a 10day holiday today to find my tank coverd in all manner of things. Including snails and what looks like black beard and several small white snails.

The person who was suppose to be looking after the tank didn't need to do anything as the tanks are on timers and there is jo fish or shrimp in there at the moment.

What i think has happend is the Co² i'm using is the Fluval Pressurised CO2 Kit 45g and the Co² had messed up as when i got home there was only 1bubble around every 20seconds when normal i have it set to 3bubbles per second. Not sure why this was but i'm left dealing with it.

There is also something on my driftwood that is outgrowing my java moss, is this also black algae?

My question is, what would you guys recommend to best get rid of all this to get my tank looking green again and not a dull.

Tank specs and pictures below

Tank is a aqua one aspire 55 litre
With a MAINLICHT Aquarium Light 7500 kelvin
Co2 is the Fluval Pressurised CO2 Kit 45g

Tanks been set up for around 4 week now
No fish or shrimp.
However 5 Cherry shrimps are being added Tuesday (4 Days from when this post was made)

Thanks in advance!

(Not cleaned the tank since i got home as only just got home at the time of posting so please ignore the uprooted plants and the floating plants being everywhere)
