Algae Algae everywhere.

So I've been battling algae for a couple of weeks now in my shrimp tank. I have your standard green algae growing on rock, Black Beard Algae growing on rocks and on my MC then hair Algae growing on my MC. I changed out to a brighter light in hopes that would help my plants photosynthesize the nutrients better as well as upped the flow to get a better CO2 spread in my tank. Im at a loss as to what I can do, any recommendations would be helpful.

Aquarium: 10Gal
Filter: Fluval C2 with Purigen and Matrix
Light: Nicrew ClassicLED Plus
Photo Period: 9 hrs from 10am to 7pm then moonlights until 10 pm.
Substrate: Fluval Stratum
CO2: ~30ppm or 1 whole pH point drop
CO2 Dosing length: 9:30 AM to 5 PM for 7.5 hours
Live stock: ~50 Fire Red Cherries, 2 Stone cats (Anchor cats), 2 small clown loaches to each my Ramshorn invasion since there eating all of my plants.
PLant: Monte Carlo carpet, S.Repens, Rottala (Bonsai), Amazon Compacta and others whose names I forgot
Dosing: EI Method, 2ml Macros MWF, 2ml Micros TTS, 1ml Iron MWF.
Water Change: 50% on Sundays with no Dosing.
