Is this staghorn algae?

What do you guys think this is?

It's very slippery and adheres very well the the surface it's attached to.

Tank conditions are a Fluval 3.0 Planted Nano, CO2, once used ADA aquasoil. Ammonia 0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 20ppm as of Sunday
