I just bought a JBJ 6G Nano Cube that will soon be housing my betta and Amazon Sword (they're currently in a 5G Currant Solo tank that I hate).
The JBJ has lighting for corals, but will this be adequate for the amazon sword or any other plants I may wish to get in the future? The other JBJ 6G threads here have a few links to lights but those links are now dead... so I'm kind of lost as to the exact lights I need that will fit this tank. Any links and recommendations will be welcomed.
The JBJ as of right now has RO/DI water treated with Equilibrium, and the substrate is Fluval Plant & Shrimp Stratum capped with pea gravel. I have Seachem Root Tabs, Seachem Excel and Seachem Iron on hand. I'm using the sponge and ceramic rings that came with it, and the charcoal is in there too but I will be replacing that with Purigen. I also have a small bag of crushed coral sitting in there on top of the charcoal.
On top of lighting recommendations, any ideas on where I can get some type of black or clear tube that I can use with this tank for a spraybar? (I generally point this straight up at the waters surface from under the water so as to slow down the movement in the tank for my betta, and this works well. He doesn't mind a little movement in the tank.)
Any newb proof plant recommendations would be welcomed as well.
If I've forgotten anything, please ask and I'll answer as best I can.
