ONE cup planted build thread

I will post pictures as soon as i get them off of my camera

its about a cup of water
square cup is 3x3x3

i used left over sand from my cichlid tank and extra moss and driftwood as well

haha mee too. i saw some in a magazine at borders and it was like 1"x1"x1"

thats a quarter infront


This it it filled with water with room for sand and the piece of driftwood


The sand in side...i had to rinse the sand cause it was kind dirty


This is the driftwood with the moss attached.


This is under the light sorry about the exposure


This is a close up. the moss is supposed to be fissiden or pellia i think. if anyone wants to try to id it ill try to get a better picture if you ask

The DW looks pretty big, I'd check out other scaping options just for fun

I got that same cup. Never thought of planting it.

My planted tank. 55 gallon fluorite substrate over soil, 64 watts of light, excel twice a week. Weekly water changes. Angelfish pair, guppies, BN plecos and otos. Redone 11/13/2012
One non planted tanks. 75 gallon.

Im thinking a shrimp one or one of my baby cichlids
yea it does im going to try to find smaller pieces or piece of driftwood. maybe one of those branches im not sure what theyre called. but a small piece that branches a lot.

yea thats what i was thinking
haha yea its sitting over my 20gallon long planted Tanganyikan tank. so i filled it to the top cause i didnt mind if any spilled over...i have to top it off every day to keep water on top of the moss
