2x Fluval SPEC III Fabio and Banjo Go to College

I have had these tanks set up for a couple months, but I didn't post anything because I was worried they would get broken down when I went to college. But they made it!!

Here's Banjo's tank:
It has all the stock guts
plants: java fern, subwassertang, crypt parva, blyxa, anubias nana petite, and Helanthium Tenellum

and here's a close up of Banjo! THis will be his second semester here at Oberlin.

This is Fabio's tank
Plants: anubias nana petite, subwassertang, needle leaf java, some DHG, and Buce brownie ghost (my first buce courtesy of Bartohog)

and some pics of Fabio--getting excited for his first semester in college

I'm excited for these tanks to keep growing in! I'm thinking of adding a little DIY co2 for the hell of it

Thanks Anthony! I am using a Canon eos rebel t4i. I'm really enjoying using it again here and there

Jem, thanks for the feedback! The rocks are actually a pretty funny story. I picked them, and a bunch more, up on a trip I took to Connecticut to visit a friend. I got so many that I needed to borrow an extra suitcase to carry them all! I literally came back home with a suitcase full of rocks haha

I am just using the kit lens. It's an 18-55mm zoom

Thanks!

Here's a picture of the whole set up with a piece my friend, Patrice, did of Banjo and Fabio with acrylic paint pens.

The lamp is an Ikea overhead fixture that I rewired to function as a lamp because they were out of the desk lamp model.

That's a sweet set-up, really good use of that multi-head lamp.
