10G First Timers planted tank
Hey guys new to this forum, This is my first time doing planted tank, been in the hobby for 8 yrs and I'm finally doing it. The plans call for dwarf hairgrass in the back with a carpet of HC up front. Hopefully the local petshop i work at will change suppliers so i can order HC. From what iv read 27 watts with DIY CO2 should do the trick if not ill upgrade to 54 watts by adding another Hampton Bay desk lamp. Tested the CO2 using the Ph Kh method and its around 25 ppm.
Tank Inhabitants include:
Crowntail Betta
Dwarf Powder Blue Gourami
2 Green GloFish
1 Zebra Danio
2 Pearl Danio
3 Cherry Barbs
2 Harlequin Rasbora
3 Mystery Snails
1 Julii Corydora
And now for some pics, any comments or criticisms will be greatly appreciated.

Don't know what to tell you about the plants, but be careful of the betta and the dwarf gourami, they have a tendency to fight. I'd take out the betta if I were you.

I've been keeping my eye on them for the past week and so far no problems. They each kinda stay on opposite side of the tank.

2 Green GloFish
1 Zebra Danio
2 Pearl Danio
3 Cherry Barbs
2 Harlequin Rasbora
1 Julii Corydora
All of these are shoaling fish. They need to be in groups of 6 or more. So maybe take some back and get all one or two groups?
Your off to a great start.
My planted tank. 55 gallon fluorite substrate over soil, 64 watts of light, excel twice a week. Weekly water changes. Angelfish pair, guppies, BN plecos and otos. Redone 11/13/2012
One non planted tanks. 75 gallon.

Yeah, but I'm sure you can just take back the barbs, and rosboras because I thik the zebra, glofish, and pearls should school together. And you should get a few more corys
