Spec V and Current Satellite Plus Pro - Setting Question

I finally got around to setting up my Fluval Spec V. I bought the Current Satellite Plus Pro so I can grow high light plants. I'm wondering if people with the Spec V and the Satellite Plus Pro could share what their Daylight setting are? I've dialed mine back to about half. I'm curious as to what others are doing who are also growing high light plants.

I measured with a par meter and it was extremely bright at 50%, I had to cut it all the way back to 10-15% to get medium light of around 40par at the substrate around 100 just under the surface. If you want high light you can do 20%. This is with RGB at 100% and white at 10-50%.

If its working for you and you do not see any plants getting burned or an outbreak of algae go with what works.

Thanks so much. Ive had RGB at 50 and white at 70. But its been less than a week so hard to say. I have no fish and injected way too much c02 into the tank. The indicator in my drop checker has been yellow all week with it only dropping down to green today. Plants have been growing well and no algae (so far). But like i said its early. My photo period is 6 hours. But wow, i didnt realize id have to drop it so far down. But i do have high light plants. But at least i have some baseline idea about PARs.
