Beautiful tanks! Love your bettas!

But I'm thinking that you may have algae problems keeping your lights on for 12 hours a day...

I've found anything less than 12 hours with the setups I have and I run into algae problems. Especially with the ferns, they seem to do much better with a 12 hour day period.

I'm rescaping the four tanks I've for a few years. I neglected them for awhile and they all got out of control. I'm going as low maintenance as possible hoping to get another good year out of them.

Very pretty! I like how you've used your rocks/wood with the java ferns. And is one taller than the other?

Do your bettas flare at each other with the tanks side-by-side like they are? I like that idea if they do. Adds a little excitement to their lives.

You should try having the lights on for less amount of time I run mine from 6-12pm and just have light algae on the glass.

Nice tanks. I've never seen a tall 2.5g (?) before. Your tanks looks alot larger than a 2.5g. I thought the 2nd tank was like a 15g or something.
