5.5g "Thicket's Edge"

Let me know what you guys think of it so far

AGA 5.5g
Lighting-Current Extreme 2x 24w T5HO 6700k (way overkill I know but its the only light I had available at the time, tanks only been running for two days , going to find a light in the 30W range)

Filtration- 2 Hagen Mini Elites

Co2- 5# with mini glass diffuser underneath one of the Hagens

Substrate- Play sand

Flora- Anubias Nana, Blyxa Japonica, Limnophila Aromatica,Java Moss

Fauna- None yet



Pearling & microbubbles

Beautiful tank you got there.
How are the elite minis working for you?

Also you need a shorter light, can't imagine overhang looking good.
Also yu might also want to get that tank all the way onto the desk, it might spring a leak if it's hanging off the edge like that.

It was the only light I had at the time, like I said its only been two days, I'm looking for a stand for it right now, that desk isnt its permanent location

The Elites work fine for me, love it as a co2 reactor

hi phoenix.... just wondering... hows the water temperature? light is quite high for a 5 gallon tank.. thanks!

The scape looks great! I think you should paint or cover the back though. Will really make it pop.
