Smile My First Nano Project.

Hey people.
I am new to nano tanks soo this is my first project.
not much of a start as I am on a microscopic budget

Hey, opie.

Welcome.
Why don't you introduce your tank. What lighting will you be using, what plants will you be planting, and what fish/shrimp will you be putting in there?

Be patient and have fun and you'll have a great planted tank in no time.

well where do i start....
the tank I am using is actually about 6 years old
bought it at walmart

i do not have an actual light yet,
just using my closet light (plan on getting one tomarrow)

unsure about plants and fish.
any suggestions?

would anyone like to donate?

well I am positive i want a carpet for the tank.
anything really would be great because i have
yet to find something i dont like.

theres no exact style of aquascape im going for
just anything that looks nice.

i have 3 rocks in there now that look pretty cool
and basic play sand as a substrate

They usually have a good selection of plants at pretty reasonable prices, and if they don't have any in stock they'll tell you when the next shipment is coming in

i have gone there a couple of times.
i like that huge tank they have there,
its pretty cool

right now for lighting i only have an LED light strip
only like 1 watt per diode (2 diodes over the tank)


and an aquaclear 10 gallon filter for filtration
