Red Cherry Shrimp - Will they disturb my dwarf HC?

Got a gorgeous bed of dwarf HC in my ADA Mini-M and after seeing my (briefly) installed Mystery Snails unexpectedly tear it up, I was wondering if anyone had any experience with Red Cherry Shrimp and dwarf HC.

Each day with the mystery snails in the nano tank, I'd sift out about 20-100 small leafs from my tank; it looked like confetti. Snails looked nice but it was not worth this daily labor/messy-looking tank.

Would Red Cherry Shrimp create the same problem or are they gentler with the small leafs of dwarf HC?

Many thanks for all those who have insight on this. Happy New Year!

Substrate: Pond soil from a landscaping store; 1/2 inch of Eco-Complete on top.

Hey, welch. I don't think so. If your HC bed is established and rooted it should be okay.

That said, if you're not consistent with your trimmings, the RCS may start to eat the lower dying portions of the HC and you have a mess there, but if you keep the HC healthy, the RCS shouldn't cause any damage.
