first time with emersed

Hi people this will be my first time with an emersed tank. Tell me what you think.


If I am doing this wrong someone please help me.

I think you have too much water in towards the front of the tank.

Is this a permanent emersed setup (teranium like?) or just to start up a planted tank?

this is just a fun experiment. If the hc covers the foreground then ill make it a planted tank.

some of the hc are turning a little brown. Is this normal??

i dont think so.. mine did that then i added some nitrogen.. help them right up

how can you add nitrogen to it? So far im adding a mixture of water and excel to the hc daily. I think its 25 percent excel and the rest water. Are you suppose to cover the top of the tank or leave it open?
