New Nano Tank Advice

Hi guys,

So I just got offered the full time position at my firm and they gave me the green light to set up a nano tank at my desk! So naturally, I am pretty excited with this opportunity (the tank as much as the job). I have been looking into different equipment and would love some advice. So far, I have found:

This tank and light combination
I am debating between this and a TruAqua tank.

This filter
And for soil, I have been considering Fluval Stratum or ADA Amazonia.

Regarding the flora, I am looking into getting some HC(worried that it won't thrive without a CO2 system) or Glosso(same concern) with some Rotala and Anubias Nana on some driftwood.

Any advice would be deeply appreciated while I purchase everything for this tank.

Just an FYI, you can get the finnex tank from the below site with a glass lid included. Same price. I've been looking at them too but am waiting for Christmas.

Finnex has the pf-5 that is similar to azoo.
It can be a bundle purchase online.

Just to add my experience....I bought the 7.5 tank with Planted+ light from aquavibrant a couple of months ago and the tank arrived in perfect. I was a little iffy since aquavibrant is not as reputable as amazon obviously, but it was a great experience and I definitely recommend the tank and the site. Also, like Nuthatch said it does come with the glass lid and amazon does not.

Bump: And in regard to a filter, I love my Aquaclear 20. It does a great job and is very quite. Also, as low maintenance as could possible be with the sponges and media, just clean off the sponges when you do a water change, no need to replace anything. And if you plan to keep shrimp you can add a fluval sponge on the intake, and the sponges I bought off ebay, 12 for $5 shipped. I plan to replace every couple months.
