Planted nano for Betta

Hi,
I have a Betta which I decided needs to be upgraded to a 6 gallon tank or so. I would like to have a nice planted tank but am unsure which system to choose.

This is a 12 gallon JBJ nano. I would not be getting the deluxe version just the standard. It has 1 24watt 6500k bulb. Has cooling fans.

This one is a 6 gallon JBJ nano. It has 1 18 watt 50/50 bulb. Has cooling fans.

This is the eclipse 6, which is not fan cooled and only has 1 8watt T5 bulb.

If I was buying on price alone the Eclipse would win, with the 12 gallon JBJ in second. My concern is that both options do not provide enough light to grow low-medium light plants. Ideally I would like to put my betta in and have another fish or two. So that would rule out the 6 gallon JBJ, and the eclipse 6. What are people's opinions on here?

Given my limited tank sizes and a desire to have an all in one. I honestly think the 6 gallon JBJ is the best bet. I would love to sell the 12 gallon JBJ to my wife so I could get a few more fish than the betta but that may be a hard sell. Considering I just took down my 75 gal reef and want to put up a 30 gallon seahorse biotope.
