plants for a 3g

I have 10 watts in a 3g and i'm wondering what my plant selection is limited to. Would this be considered medium lighting or do i need at least 13-15w for medium lighting? what kind of foreground plants can i grow? i'd like to grow HC if at all possible, if not, i kind of like dward hairgrass.

well then it looks like i might be upgrading my lighting eventually. i think i have a 10g incandescent fixture back at home that i can prob scrap and retro fit it. i need to keep the wattage low enough to where i dont need a co2 system though. whats the lowest watt screw in florescent they make? also, would dwarf hairgrass or micro swords grow under 10 watts? thx for the help

well if you mean light bulbs the lowest watt one is like 3 but they make things live 7,40,60,30,120 but i think that is still a little too much you could go with the 13watt spiral flouresent because they last a long time and give off little heat i have used these before and it is bright and works great the downside is they are a tad bit expensive but so is this hobby...
