5g rescaped, few questions

i have a 5g hex, marineland and decided to rescape other day, got sick of it looking like a moss monster died in there lol. heres a pic

been that way for months so i decided to rescape thursday. i have a 10watt compact spiral 6500k bulb in it. so it may be 1.3-1.5wpg? but may put another on it for 20watts, but figure ill need to do c02 then? the light is only in the front half of the tank so i figure i dont have enough light for these plants? i havent dosed the tank yet either, leave light on about 7-8 hrs daily. put more eco complete in to so its about 50/50 eco and blk rocks.
new scape

all i have is, sags, amazons, anarchis, java fern, moss on petrified wood.
any other looooow light plants i can use that may grow with the 1 10w bulb? and is there enough light for these plants? and what should i dose?the moss grew fine in there as you can see.

That second scape is very nice. I like how your hardscape is positioned. I think it would be good to put another light on it, and use diy co2. It is simple and I promise you will see great results! And umm *(cough)* what did you do with the moss
