A center piece driftwood or rock would look great in there!

Nice driftwood! It does look good with a centrepiece.
What are those mineral balls, and what kind of shrimp are you getting?

Lovely looking betta! Shame about the shrimp though, do you know what happened?

well even in my other tank its like they will live for a week or two and the start dieing. last batch was good for like 3 weeks and one night i wake up to dead and the other 4 or so died that day. not sure but i have spent over $100 in shrimps and now i give up. was fun but i just think they aren't for me.

if i had to put money on it tho id say it was molting issues.

also each batch i got were from different places/people.

Your marimo looks like it's diejng. Have you dosed Excel or any algae-vides? If not your marimo is suffering from too much light. Put the marimo in the shade of other plants.

i may have lightly dosed excel once or twice with it and yes i know about that but it was really one ball that i ripped in half. im not really worried about it tho if it lives fine if it doesn't o well.
